Looking for an exciting new challenge in a fast-paced environment?  Is travel your passion? If so, then look no further.  Selective Travel Management, part of The World Travel Centre Group, are continuing to expand in the UK & Ireland market. As a result of this growth, we are now recruiting for an Experienced Accounts Assistant for our Belfast Office. We are looking for someone to proactively support and work alongside our Accounts teams. 

Job Purpose

You will be part of the Accounts team dealing with all clients providing shared services and administrative functions in line with the business strategy. 

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to enable you to complete your role, working to deadlines and the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.  To be successful in this role you will be expected to demonstrate a desire for learning about our client accounts, IT software and our company values. Experience working with Microsoft excel is essential and SAP accounting software would be advantageous.

Requirements:

• Confident, organised with a strong attention to detail

• Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts Administrative role

• Experience in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn new skills

• Confident

• Co-operate with other team members

• SAP accounting software experience would be advantageous

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contacting clients and dealing with customer queries

• Assisting with the day to day operational and finance tasks

• Running and analysing detailed reports

• Reconciling client and supplier payments

• Inputting data into SAP

• Invoicing clients and suppliers

• Ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by management
