Changes to easyJet Cabin Bag Policy

easyJet to introduce a new cabin bag policy from 10th February 2021

For travel before 10th February 2021

For customers travelling before 10th February 2021, easyJet's existing cabin bag policy applies. You can take ONE cabin bag per person on board. There’s no weight limit, but you must be able to lift and carry your bag yourself.

For travel from 10th February 2021

For all travel from 10th February 2021, the seat you have booked will determine what bags you are able to bring on board.

Everyone can take one small cabin bag per person on board (maximum size 45 x 36 x 20cm, including any handles or wheels), which must fit under the seat in front of you. There’s no weight limit, but you must be able to lift and carry your bag yourself.

If you have booked an Up front or Extra legroom seat you can also bring an additional large cabin bag on board.

easyJet Plus cardholders and customers who have bought a FLEXI fare can also bring two bags on board.

If your cabin bag is bigger than the maximum size or if you bring a large cabin bag to the departure gate without the correct seat selection, it can’t go in the cabin and will be checked into the aircraft hold for a charge.

Please ensure you check you cabin bag allowance before you travel to avoid any charges.
