Online Booking Tool

Our online booking tool allows users to search from thousands of travel providers to find the best rates and widest choice on multi-modal travel – making it a one-stop shop for all their business travel needs. Users can filter their search results in a variety of ways to find the most suitable option for their trip, including lowest CO2 emissions, price, and star rating. The best thing about having access to our online booking tool is that users can book, view, and manage trips, all whilst on the go. You can also embed your corporate travel policy into the platform.

Online Reporting Tool

Trends displays a wide range of valuable information allowing users to filter their data and drill-down for more specific reporting. Users can view and analyse their data securely, incorporating both online and offline Bookings. The interactive dashboard allows users to view and analyse their full range of unique travel information including flights, accommodation, travel spend, and much more. Data is presented visually as bar charts and pie charts, enabling users to create personalised reports which can be exported to Excel.

Traveller Profile Suite

Our traveller profile suite is the perfect solution for making the booking process as smooth and as seamless as possible. This tool gives our clients the ability to create a personal profile where they can store all their travel details including passport information, emergency contact information, personal preferences, loyalty schemes, and more. Our system also alerts travellers when their passport is due to expire. When it comes to making future online or offline bookings, all this information will already be stored so bookings can be streamlined on their behalf.

Accounts Portal

Through our customisable Hub, approved users can access our Accounts Portal. The portal provides Finance Teams with full travel transparency and the ability to access invoices, statements, view bookings and download accounting documents. Different access levels can be customised, giving users a unique insight into company data. This unique solution has proved popular with our clients given the heightened scrutiny on costs for more organisations.
