COVID-19 Statement from Managing Director

As we continue to work from home, we would like to reassure all our clients that we are still here to support you during this unprecedented time.

As much of travel across the world has come to a halt and all business sectors continue to be impacted, we have all found alternative ways to continue operating, through remote working and video conferencing etc.

Many articles have asked if this is the future for all industries, therefore reducing the need for business travel.  Whilst these methods have been both beneficial and crucial during these unprecedented times, they are just that – methods for a time of crisis.

Basic human instinct shows that we have a need for social interaction and therefore, whilst there will be caution in the months ahead, as a species we will yearn for physical interaction when conducting meetings, discussing business proposals, meeting new clients, and developing new markets.

We recognise the unique way we are all working at this moment, but it will not be forever. In time, we will revert to instinct and return to our ‘normal’ ways of working – what ever normal will look like.  Rest assured we are already planning for the future, looking at new and innovative ways to be able to meet your needs as and when they arise.

One thing we can be sure of is that our Teams will be ready and waiting to help you get your travel plans back up and running once the status quo returns to ‘normal’.

Selective Travel Management would like to remind you that we are with you every step of the way, providing expertise, comfort and reassurance as we navigate through this difficult time and continue to work together to get back to our usual ways of life.

I would like to thank all our customers for their support over recent months and that we all get through this crisis and emerge stronger than ever. Finally, I would also like to thank my Teams, who have all worked and will continue to work around the clock, minimising the disruption to all customers.

Kind regards and stay safe,

Keith Graham
